What this is
One flashcard trainer with three decks, switchable at the top of the page:
State of the business (Jul 31) — 39 cards: the leads-first strategy, the free-chatbot front end and 10% growth-partnership back end, the $100K-in-100-days math, the ~$25/qualified-lead proof stat, the daily punch list and operating rhythm, and the cold-call rules.
Brand — 126 cards: brand canon, offer, the 8 core stories, Big Mike, funnel and customer journey, the Council verdict, the Haynes plan, the Cancun shoot system, verbatim hooks, bodies & CTAs, and hook stacking.
Sales war room — 151 cards: call doctrine, the 7 stages, stage scripts, objection diagnosis, the branch library, show-rate engine, follow-up war game, fit gates, offer guardrails, dispositions, and the triage / reactivation / kickoff call drills.
Progress saves automatically in this browser, per card. No account, no internet needed. Each deck keeps its own sections, filters, and stats.
When to use it
First: clear the State deck — it's the newest canon and the smallest. One sitting.
First 2–3 days: Cram mode on each deck, 2–3 sittings a day. Goal = see every card once and clear your misses.
Every day after: open Drill (Scheduled mode) on each deck and clear whatever's due — usually 5–10 min.
Right before a call block or shoot block: one Blitz run on the matching deck — random cards, 25 seconds each, answered out loud.
How to use each tab
Drill — read the question, answer BEFORE revealing, then grade yourself honestly: Missed / Shaky / Got it. Missed cards keep coming back until clean.
Blitz — the daily 10 minutes. Random card, timer runs, answer OUT LOUD, reveal, grade. Talking memory is different from reading memory.
Browse — read-only reference. Good for a skim before bed, not a substitute for drilling.
Stats — mastery per section and your streak. A low section bar = filter Drill to just that section.
The two modes in Drill
Scheduled — the app decides which cards you need today (30 min → 1 → 3 → 7 days per card). Most efficient once cards are learned.
Cram — everything, on repeat, no limits. Use for the initial memorization push or a pre-call refresher.
Sessions per day are unlimited in both modes.
Rules that make it work
Never reveal before answering — guessing first is what builds the memory.
Grade honestly. "Shaky" marked as "Got it" just means you'll blank on a live call instead.
Cards tagged "Say it out loud" — actually say them.
Don't end a session with misses outstanding.
Keyboard: space reveal · 1 missed · 2 shaky · 3 got it.
